Safe Space is hosting the National Clothesline Project this year to go hand-in-hand with the Take Back the night activities. The 2 day event will be held the last Friday and Saturday of March. This event is free to all community members, and encourages survivors and family of victims to attend. The difference between a survivor and a victim as stated by the National Clothesline Project is one of empowerment; victim is someone who has passed away because of the violence, where as a survivor is someone who has lived to tell their tale.
